Quantification of Captopril using Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2021
We develop an efficient, sensitive, accurate, cost effective, and greener liquid chromatography method for the determination of a quantification method concerning Captopril in pharmaceutical dosage forms by using ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) equipment.

HD gas analysis with Gas Chromatography and Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
A gas analyzer system has been developed to analyze Hydrogen-Deuteride (HD) gas for producing frozen-spin polarized HD targets, which are used for hadron photoproduction experiments at SPring-8. Small amounts of ortho-H$_{2}$ and para-D$_{2}$ gas mixtures ($\sim$0.01%) in the purified HD gas are a key to realize a frozen-spin polarized target. In order

A Statistical Approach to Estimating Adsorption-Isotherm Parameters in Gradient-Elution Preparative Liquid Chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
Determining the adsorption isotherms is an issue of significant importance in preparative chromatography. A modern technique for estimating adsorption isotherms is to solve an inverse problem so that the simulated batch separation coincides with actual experimental results.

Determination of Trace Moisture Content in Dimethylacetamide by Gas Chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
Dimethylacetamide is used as a solvent in polymer processing and moisture in DMA affects the morphology and mechanical properties of the polymer products. This paper describes a method for determination of trace moisture content in DMA by acetylene production - gas chromatography. In the condition of 30 centigrade and ultrasonic dispersion, moisture in

Resolution Chromatography of Diffusion Models [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2023
Diffusion models generate high-resolution images through iterative stochastic processes. In particular, the denoising method is one of the most popular approaches that predicts the noise in samples and denoises it at each time step. It has been commonly observed that the resolution of generated samples changes over time, starting off blurry and coarse,

Kinetic formulation of a 2 $\times$ 2 hyperbolic system arising in gas chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2017
The PSA system commonly used in the context of gas-solid chromatography is reformulated as a single kinetic equation using an additional kinetic variable. A kinetic numerical scheme is built from this new formulation and its behavior is tested on solving the Riemann problem in different configurations leading to single or composite waves.

Hyocholic acid as internal standard for quantitation of human fecal bile acids

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1973
After hyocholate is added to a fecal homogenate, the bile acids are extracted, purified by thin-layer chromatography, and quantitated by gas–liquid chromatography as methyl ester trifluoroacetates on QF-1 columns.

Determination of carbohydrates in infant milk powders by ultra-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector and BEH HILIC column [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2017
The possibility of carbohydrate separation in BEH HILIC (Ethylene Bridged Hybride, Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography) column was studied by ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) and mobile phase containing amine compounds as modifiers.

Isotope effects in gas–liquid chromatography of steroids

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1965
When gas–liquid chromatography was performed with steroids containing H3 and C14, the H3/C14 ratio of the effluent was higher at the beginning and at the tail of the steroid peak.

Artifacts produced by boron trifluoride methanolysis of a synthetic lecithin containing cyclopropane fatty acids (1-2-dihydrosterculoyl-3-sn-phosphatidylcholine)

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1971
It is shown that methanolysis of dihydrosterculoyl lecithin with boron trifluoride–methanol introduces artifacts which are absent if the methyl ester is prepared by saponification of the lipid followed by treatment with diazomethane.
