Barrier‐Assisted Plasma Doping for Spatially Selective Resistance Engineering in MoS2 Transistors
Barrier‐assisted NH3 plasma doping enables damage‐free, spatially selective carrier modulation in monolayer MoS2 transistors. An ultrathin pV3D3/Al2O3 protective‐dielectric stack acts as a chemical filter that allows NHx radicals to reach the MoS2 surface while blocking plasma damage. This process achieves a high electron concentration of 4.3 × 1013 cm−

Greenhouse gas emissions from integrated urban drainage systems: where do we stand? [PDF]
Integrated urban drainage systems (IUDS) (i.e., sewer systems, wastewater treatment plants and receiving water bodies) contribute to climate change being sources of greenhouse gas emissions (GHG).

Large size (∼100 µm) monolayer MoS2 grown by LPI‐CVD on n‐GaN exhibit a high n‐type doping, very low strain, and a type‐I band alignment at MoS2/GaN interface. Photocurrent measurements under illumination with photon energies from ∼2 to ∼5 eV show superior electro‐optical performances of these MoS2/n‐GaN heterojunctions as compared to Ni/n‐GaN devices ...

Soft x‐ray absorption spectroscopy at the S L2,3 and Mo M2,3 edges reveals synthesis‐dependent electronic and structural order in MoS2. Bulk, exfoliated, and CVD samples show well‐resolved 2D features, while as‐deposited IJD films appear amorphous but crystallize into ordered 2H‐MoS2 upon moderate annealing, confirming IJD as a viable low‐temperature ...

Gas Drainage Practices and Challenges in Coal Mines of China [PDF]
A number of gas drainage techniques are developed and practiced in many coal mines of China mainly to minimize outburst risk and reduce gas emission. Dependent upon local geological and mining conditions, one or more techniques may be practiced in a coal

Numerical simulation of hydraulic fracturing in coal seam for enhancing underground gas drainage
Hydraulic fracturing is an efficiency approach to improve underground gas drainage. Although the interaction of fluid and coal has been comprehensively investigated in fracturing process and gas drainage process, fewer scholars have combined these two ...

A controlled layer‐by‐layer growth process integrates conjugated metal‐organic framework thin films onto a hierarchical 3D laser‐induced graphene scaffold. When incorporated into an extended‐gate field‐effect transistor configuration, this synergistic hybrid platform achieves robust aptamer immobilization, driving highly selective, picomolar‐level ...
