Three men and one woman developed intestinal-type moderately or poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma 4 to 15 years after the diagnosis of gastric lymphoma. Treatment of the lymphomas had included partial gastrectomy and follow-up radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy.
