Shellac‐Mediated Assembly of Nanoparticles for mRNA Delivery
A shellac‐mediated nanoparticle assembly strategy is presented, involving the complexation of mRNA and low‐molecular‐weight cationic molecules (e.g., polyethyleneimine, chitosan, lipids, and poly‐l‐lysine), followed by capping with shellac. Potato virus X is a filamentous RNA plant virus that can be engineered into a molecular tool for cancer therapy. Gastric tuberculosis is an uncommon manifestation of extra-pulmonary tuberculosis infection. The clinical signs of this type of infection are nonspecific and misleading. Clinically gastric tuberculosis resembles peptic ulcer disease or malignancy.
