A non‐canonical core transcriptional regulatory circuit, composed of ID3, SMAD3, and NR2F2, drives Osimertinib resistance in non‐small cell lung cancer through super‐enhancer‐mediated activation of EPAS1, which couples neuroendocrine differentiation with ferroptosis evasion.

SLC25A13 is identified as an immunometabolic driver of triple‐negative breast cancer that sustains ferroptosis resistance and immune evasion through a STAT3–IFI6 circuit. Pharmacologic degradation of SLC25A13 restores ferroptosis sensitivity and enhances anti‐PD‐1 efficacy, highlighting a strategy to convert immune‐cold tumors into immunotherapy ...

P3FI–90 treatment targets KDM3B, reshapes the epigenetic landscape, and suppresses SHP1 expression, thereby activating STING–TBK1–IRF3–type I IFN signaling pathway. Consequently, CD8+ T cells are recruited to the tumor site and activated to produce IFN–γ and GZMB, leading to the killing of TNBC cells.

PDIA6–SCD1 Axis Rewires Lipid Metabolism to Drive Gastric Cancer Progression
Protein disulfide isomerase A6 (PDIA6) is identified as an oncogenic driver in gastric cancer. PDIA6 directly binds and stabilizes SCD1 by limiting its ubiquitin–proteasome‐mediated degradation, thereby sustaining monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA)‐enriched lipid homeostasis and lipid metabolic reprogramming.

Early life adversity triggers persistent social subordination and brain‐wide molecular dysregulation. Pharmacological inhibition of the stress‐mediator FKBP51 during the adversity period prevents these long‐term deficits and restores normative social hierarchy.

Exploring the Correlation between GCSI Score and GES in Type 2 Diabetic Patients—Proposing a GCSI Cut-off Score for Guiding GES Utilization: A Record-centric Research Approach [PDF]
Aim and background: Gastroparesis is evaluated using the gastroparesis cardinal symptom index (GCSI), a validated tool. Gastric-emptying scintigraphy (GES) is a key noninvasive imaging method.

Nausea predicts delayed gastric emptying in children
To assess whether the gastroparesis cardinal symptom index (GCSI), or any individual symptom, is associated with delayed gastric emptying in children, and to assess understanding of symptoms associated with delayed gastric emptying. Fifty children (36 F),
