Introduction: Autoimmune atrophic gastritis (GAI) is a disease characterized by fundus and corpus atrophy and by the presence of anti-parietal-cell antibodies (PCA) and/or anti-intrinsic-factor antibodies (IFA). GAI is considered to be a very rare condition on children, with only a very few cases reported.
