Extreme Terahertz Nonlinearity of AlGaN/GaN‐Based Grating‐Gate Plasmonic Crystals
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Plasmonic crystals based on grating‐gated 2D electron gas in AlGaN/GaN heterostructures provide a platform for strong light‐matter interaction. Pump‐probe experiments revealed strong terahertz nonlinearity leading to 45% increase in transmission at a fluence below 350 nJ cm−2.

BP/MoS₂ Van Der Waals Heterojunctions for Self‐Powered Photoconduction
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.A multilayer black phosphorus (BP)/monolayer MoS₂ vertical heterostructure is investigated using four‐probe measurements. The device exhibits rectifying behavior, dominant n‐type transport, low contact resistance, and an interface barrier of 68 meV.
