Compressive strength capacity of light gauge steel composite columns
The axial compressive strength capacity of concrete-filled light gauge steel composite columns was assessed through an experimental program involving twelve long and fourteen stub columns with width-to-thickness ratio of 125 for the encasing steel ...

Image-Based Automated Width Measurement of Surface Cracking
The detection of cracks is an important monitoring task in civil engineering infrastructure devoted to ensuring durability, structural safety, and integrity. It has been traditionally performed by visual inspection, and the measurement of crack width has

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Power suppressed corrections show new features of infrared cancellations
The cancellation of infrared (IR) divergences is an old topic in quantum field theory whose main results are condensed into the celebrated Kinoshita-Lee-Nauenberg (KLN) theorem.

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Mass and width of unstable gauge bosons
It has been proposed that the mass of the $Z^0$ boson should be defined as the real part, and the width of the $Z^0$ as the imaginary part of the complex pole $M_c$, for the reason that $M_c$ is gauge invariant (g.i.). Clearly, this definition is only useful if we can calculate the $S$-matrix up to some accuracy in a g.i. way.

Chu aesthetic gauges are one of their own kind and unique set of devices that uses adequate crown proportions to determine the exact position of the osseous contour supporting the teeth in concern. The aim of this study was to perform aesthetic crown lengthening using these gauges and evaluate the healing of biologic width.
