application/pdf A general helicoid and a rotation surface have isometric relation by Bour's theorem. In this paper, we determine pairs of surfaces of Bour's theorem with an additional condition that they have the same Gauss map.

ABSTRACT The mechanical efficiency of civil engineering structures is a key factor in the sustainable transformation of the building sector. This study presents topology optimization in civil engineering design. The static load profile of civil engineering structures is typically dominated by their self‐weight, which introduces, as a special ...

Singularities of hyperbolic Gauss maps
In this paper we adopt the Hyperboloid in Minkowski space as the model of Hyperbolic space. We define the hyperbolic Gauss map and the hyperbolic Gauss indicatrix of a hypersurface in Hyperbolic space. The hyperbolic Gauss map has been introduced by Epstein[7] in the Poincare ball model which is very useful for the study of constant mean curvature ...

The solid‐state 1H and 2H NMR data collected for deuterated α‐Sn (HPO4)2 phosphate suggest the hydrogen bonding network, where the cavity water accepts one hydrogen bond from the P‐OH donor group and forms one hydrogen bond with the neighboring phosphate group, while the other water hydrogen is not involved in hydrogen bonding.

First Triple‐Frequency Retrievals of Binned Raindrop Size Distributions
Abstract Our understanding of raindrop size distributions (DSDs) aloft is largely limited, owing to a scarcity of effective measurements. In this study, a two‐step optimal estimation technique is developed for retrieving binned DSDs based on a newly developed vertically‐pointing triple‐frequency radar system. In the first step, we employ the Tridon and
