Phase 1/2 Study of Crizotinib in Children With Relapsed/Refractory ALK‐Positive Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma or Neuroblastoma in Japan

The safety and antitumor activity of crizotinib at a dose of 165 mg/m2 BID were evaluated in 16 patients with ALK‐positive ALCL in Japan. The most common grade 3 or 4 adverse event was neutropenia. Real‐Life Workup of Chronic Hand Eczema Using a Dedicated Case Report Form: A SIDAPA Multicentre Study

Current methods to control porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, a disease affecting pigs, are insufficient and a safer, more effective vaccine is needed. This study describes the design and plant production of a self‐assembling protein nanoparticle vaccine candidate against this disease.

Plant‐produced encapsulin displays non‐typhoidal Salmonella enterica antigens and assembles into mosaic nanoparticles
