The property of drug-resistance may attenuate clinical therapy in cancer cells, such as chemoresistance to gefitinib in colon cancer cells. In previous studies, overexpression of PD-L1 causes proliferation and metastasis in cancer cells; therefore, the ...

TROP2 is identified as a novel tumor‐selective lysosomal‐targeting receptor with established clinical relevance. TROP2‐targeting chimeras (TRTACs) are developed by genetically fusing a TROP2‐binding nanobody to nanobodies against specific target proteins.

(S)-Pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-3-carboxamide Analogs as Dual Akt/JNK Modulators With Antiproliferative Effects in MDA-MB-468 Cells. [PDF]
Among 30 synthesized pyrrolo[1,2‐a]pyrazine analogs, compounds B1 and B3 showed strong and selective cytotoxicity toward TNBC cells, inducing apoptosis through Akt suppression and JNK activation. Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) remains a major clinical challenge due to the absence of effective targeted therapies.

Background Epidermal growth factor receptor–tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR‐TKIs) have substantially improved outcomes in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); however, the development of treatment resistance remains a major clinical challenge. This study examines the association between concomitant prescriptions of H1‐antihistamines (H1AHs) and ...

This review highlights critical “translational gaps” in understanding micro‐ and nanoplastics impacts on gastrointestinal diseases, bridging exposure, detecting, and mechanistic toxicology. Abstract Micro‐ and nanoplastics (MNPs) have become pervasive environmental contaminants with increasing evidence linking them to adverse health outcomes.
