, 2020 Over the past several years, the fields of synthetic biology and machine learning have demonstrated marked advances in the scale of their capabilities and the success of their applications. The work presented in this thesis focuses on the translation of recent advances in machine learning toward new applications in synthetic biology.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.The study evaluated the function and therapeutic implications of PRAME in basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The findings demonstrate that PRAME impairs keratinocyte differentiation pathways. Furthermore, PRAME impairs anticancer response to retinoid compounds in BCC and SCC cells.
