Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study shows that lower NAM levels in PE‐derived pEVs correlate with disease severity. NAM‐deficient pEVs reduce Th1 and Th17 inhibition, leading to PE‐like symptoms. NAM in pEVs inhibits Th1 via SIRT1 and Th17 via macrophages. Reduced NAM in PE‐EVs is due to decreased HRS expression in trophoblasts, resulting from elevated HSP27.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Elemene increases SPP expression by competitively binding with miR‐130a‐5p to suppress SPP mRNA degradation. This led to more antigen/MHC‐I complexes being expressed on the cell surface, which consequently facilitated the recognition and killing of HCC cells by CTLs and enhancing the antitumor immune efficacy of anti‐PD‐1.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.FSTL1 promotes glycolysis during chondrocyte fibrosis by triggering the HIF‐1 signaling pathway, which causes lactate to accumulate. The buildup of lactate leads to changes in histone lysine lactylation, which in turn enhances the expression of genes associated with fibrosis.
