On the generalization of the gap principle
Let $α$ be a real algebraic number of degree $d \geq 3$ and let $β\in \mathbb Q(α)$ be irrational. Let $μ$ be a real number such that $(d/2) + 1 < μ< d$ and let $C_0$ be a positive real number. We prove that there exist positive real numbers $C_1$ and $C_2$, which depend only on $α$, $β$, $μ$ and $C_0$, with the following property.

A GENERALIZED EQUIVALENCE PRINCIPLE [PDF]
Gauge field theories may quite generally be defined as describing the coupling of a matter-field to an interaction-field, and they are suitably represented in the mathematical framework of fiber bundles. Their underlying principle is the so-called gauge principle, which is based on the idea of deriving the coupling structure of the fields by ...

Generalizing the Taylor Principle [PDF]
The paper generalizes the Taylor principle—the proposition that central banks can stabilize the macroeconomy by raising their interest rate instrument more than one-for-one in response to higher inflation—to an environment in which reaction coefficients in the monetary policy rule change regime, evolving according to a Markov process. We derive a long-
