Solutions of a System of Two Higher-Order Difference Equations in Terms of Lucas Sequence

open access: yesUniversal Journal of Mathematics and Applications, 2019
In this paper we give some theoretical explanations related to the representation for the general solution of the   system of the  higher-order rational difference equations $$ x_{n+1} = \frac{5 y_{n-k}-5}{y_{n-k}}, \qquad y_{n+1} = \frac{5 x_{n-k}-5}{x_{

ON GENERAL SOLUTIONS OF EINSTEIN EQUATIONS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics, 2011
We show how the Einstein equations with cosmological constant (and/or various types of matter field sources) can be integrated in a very general form following the anholonomic deformation method for constructing exact solutions in four- and five-dimensional gravity (S. Vacaru, IJGMMP 4 (2007) 1285).

On Relationships between a Linear Matrix Equation and Its Four Reduced Equations

open access: yesAxioms, 2022
Given the linear matrix equation AXB=C, we partition it into the form A1X11B1+A1X12B2+A2X21B1+A2X22B2=C, and then pre- and post-multiply both sides of the equation by the four orthogonal projectors generated from the coefficient matrices A1, A1, B1, and ...

Solution-Phase Parallel Synthesis of a Pharmacophore Library of HUN-7293 Analogues:  A General Chemical Mutagenesis Approach To Defining Structure−Function Properties of Naturally Occurring Cyclic (Depsi)peptides

open access: yes, 2016
HUN-7293 (1), a naturally occurring cyclic heptadepsipeptide, is a potent inhibitor of cell adhesion molecule expression (VCAM-1, ICAM-1, E-selectin), the overexpression of which is characteristic of chronic inflammatory diseases.

On a two-dimensional solvable system of difference equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Qualitative Theory of Differential Equations, 2018
Here we solve the following system of difference equations $$x_{n+1}=\frac{y_ny_{n-2}}{bx_{n-1}+ay_{n-2}},\quad y_{n+1}=\frac{x_nx_{n-2}}{dy_{n-1}+cx_{n-2}},\quad n\in\mathbb{N}_0,$$ where parameters $a, b, c, d$ and initial values $x_{-j},$ $y_{-j}$, $j=

Elliptic General Analytic Solutions [PDF]

open access: yesStudies in Applied Mathematics, 2009
To find analytically the traveling waves of partially integrable autonomous nonlinear partial differential equations, many methods have been proposed over the ages: “projective Riccati method,”“tanh‐method,”“exponential method,”“Jacobi expansion method,”“new … ,” etc.

Generating AdS string solutions [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2008
We use a Pohlmeyer type reduction to generate classical string solutions in AdS spacetime. In this framework we describe a correspondence between spikes in AdS_3 and soliton profiles of the sinh-Gordon equation. The null cusp string solution and its closed spinning string counterpart are related to the sinh-Gordon vacuum.

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

General solution of the consistency equation [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1992
We produce the general solution of the Wess-Zumino consistency condition for gauge theories of the Yang-mills type, for any ghost number and form degree. We resolve the problem of the cohomological independence of these solutions. In other words we fully describe the local version of the cohomology of the BRS operator, modulo the differential on space--
