This study reveals that sampling strategy (i.e., sampling size and approach) is a foundational prerequisite for building accurate and generalizable AI models in peptide discovery. Reaching a threshold of 7.5% of the total tetrapeptide sequence space was essential to ensure reliable predictions.

Some topologies on stable groups
In the theory of Linear algebraic groups, Zariski topology plays a crucial role. We introduce some topologies on general abstract groups generalizing Zariski topology in some sense. Especially we focus on stable groups, because not only the similarity of

Predicting Performance of Hall Effect Ion Source Using Machine Learning
This study introduces HallNN, a machine learning tool for predicting Hall effect ion source performance using a neural network ensemble trained on data generated from numerical simulations. HallNN provides faster and more accurate predictions than numerical methods and traditional scaling laws, making it valuable for designing and optimizing Hall ...

A piezoelectric meta‐transducer generates an ultrasonic rainbow, steering guided elastic waves to different angles according to frequency. A dithering‐based binary electrode design enables a closer realization of the target wavenumber filter, improving directional purity and suppressing unwanted lobes. Numerical and experimental validation demonstrates

Spinors, embeddings and gravity
This thesis is concerned with the theory of spinors, embeddings and everywhere invariance with applications to general relativity. The approach is entirely geometric with particular emphasis on the use of natural structures.

Structure theorems for subgroups of homeomorphism groups
Let Homeo(S1) represent the full group of homeomorphisms of the unit circle S1, and let A represent the set of subgroups of Homeo(S1) satisfying the two properties that if G ? A then 1) G contains only orientation preserving homeomorphisms of S1 and 2) G
