Tunable Sound Absorption via Evanescent‐Wave Coupling in Asymmetric Bilayer Metasurfaces
Tunable sound absorption is realized through a bilayer metasurface system governed by evanescent‐wave coupling. This work demonstrates that such evanescent‐wave coupling provides a controllable scattering channel that destructively interferes with the specular reflection.

Abstract This article presented the Cattaneo-Christove heat and mass flux theories in the flow of Oldroyd-B fluid over a rotating disk. The flow configuration is due to the rotating as well as stretching of the disk. The heat generation/absorption and chemical reaction are also considered.

On the general theory of contained rotating fluid motions
Journal of Fluid Mechanics, 1965A general linear theory is developed to describe the manner in which rigid fluid rotation is established from a prescribed initial state of motion in a container of arbitrary shape. The container rotates with uniform angular velocity and is filled with a viscous incompressible fluid.A new mean circulation theorem is proved and used to separate the flow
