Generalized Probability Amplitudes for Spin Projection Measurements on Spin 2 Systems [PDF]
In previous work, we have shown how the description of spin may be generalized and we have worked out this generalization for the cases spin 1/2 and spin 1. In this paper, we deal with the case of spin 2 and give the generalized probability amplitudes.

Preliminary group classification for generalized inviscid Burger's equation [PDF]
Preliminary group classification for a class of generalized inviscid Burger's equations in the general form $u_t+g(x, u)u_x = f(x, u)$ is given and additional equivalence transformations are found. Adduced results complete and essentially generalize recent works on the subject .

Mapping Hsp104 interactions using cross‐linking mass spectrometry
This study examines how cross‐linking mass spectrometry can be utilized to analyze ATP‐induced conformational changes in Hsp104 and its interactions with substrates. We developed an analytical pipeline to distinguish between intra‐ and inter‐subunit contacts within the hexameric homo‐oligomer and discovered contacts between Hsp104 and a selected ...

Alkane biosynthesis gene expression and its increased production in recombinant cyanobacteria
The transcription and mRNA structures of the alkane biosynthesis genes ado/aar were analysed in the representative cyanobacteria PCC 6803 and SK1‐2‐1, which produce C17H36 and C15H32, respectively. PCC 6803 transconjugants carrying these genes showed a 1.8‐ to 2.3‐fold increase in C17H36 production.

We introduce an immunohistochemistry method to measure autophagy flux, highlighting the active degradation and recycling of cellular waste. This cost‐effective approach uses tissue samples to track key markers like LC3 and SQSTM1, revealing how cells maintain health or respond to diseases such as cancer. It bridges the gap between research and clinical

Liver‐specific knockout of N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) methyltransferase METTL3 significantly accelerated hepatic tumor initiation under various oncogenic challenges, contrary to the previously reported oncogenic role of METTL3 in liver cancer cell lines or xenograft models. Mechanistically, METTL3 deficiency reduced m6A deposition on Manf transcripts and

Related Work and Citation Text Generation: A Survey [PDF]
To convince readers of the novelty of their research paper, authors must perform a literature review and compose a coherent story that connects and relates prior works to the current work. This challenging nature of literature review writing makes automatic related work generation (RWG) academically and computationally interesting, and also makes it an
