Certain Properties and Characterizations of Generalized Gould–Hopper-Based Hybrid Polynomials

open access: yesMathematics
This study offers a comprehensive generalization of the Gould–Hopper polynomials and their Appell-type analogs. Employing the quasi-monomiality approach, we delineate fundamental analytical characteristics, including recurrence relations, associated ...

Orthogonalizing q-Bernoulli polynomials

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
In this study, we utilize the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization method to construct a new set of orthogonal polynomials called OBn(x,q){{\rm{OB}}}_{n}(x,q) from the q-Bernoulli polynomials.

A Novel Approach to Polynomial Approximation in Multidimensional Cylindrical Domains via Generalized Kronecker Product Bases

open access: yesAxioms
The Kronecker product has been commonly seen in various scientific fields to formulate higher-dimensional spaces from lower-dimensional ones. This paper presents a generalization of the Cannon–Kronecker product bases by introducing generalized Kronecker ...

Extended forms of Legendre-Laguerre-based hybrid polynomials and their characteristics via fractional operator approach

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications
This study presents an extensive generalization of Legendre–Laguerre polynomials along with their Appell-type counterparts. Using the quasi-monomiality approach, we establish core analytical features, including recurrence relations, associated ...

Certain Subclasses of Te-Univalent Functions Subordinate to q-Bernoulli Polynomials

open access: yesMathematics
The present work centers on the significance of q-calculus in geometric function theory and its expanding applications within the domain of Te-univalent functions, especially those associated with special polynomials like the q-Bernoulli polynomials ...

Identities of symmetry for generalized Bernoulli polynomials

open access: yes, 2010
In this paper, we derive eight basic identities of symmetry in three variables related to generalized Bernoulli polynomials and generalized power sums. All of these are new, since there have been results only about identities of symmetry in two variables.

A new class of generalized Bernoulli polynomials and Euler polynomials

open access: yes, 2012
The main purpose of this paper is to introduce and investigate a new class of generalized Bernoulli polynomials and Euler polynomials based on the q-integers. The q-analogues of well-known formulas are derived. The q-analogue of the Srivastava--Pint r addition theorem is obtained. We give new identities involving q-Bernstein polynomials.

Asymptotic approximations of Apostol-Frobenius-Euler polynomials of order α in terms of hyperbolic functions

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
The study of special functions has become an enthralling area in mathematics because of its properties and wide range of applications that are relevant into other fields of knowledge.
