Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Hamiltonian Derivations of the Generalized Jarzynski Equalities under Feedback Control
In the presence of feedback control by "Maxwell's demon," the second law of thermodynamics and the nonequilibrium equalities such as the Jarzynski equality need to be generalized.

Generically Trivial Derived Categories [PDF]
We study generic objects in triangulated categories and characterize the finite dimensional algebras $A$ such that the derived categories $D(\Mod A)$ are generically trivial. This is an analogue of a result of Crawley-Boevey for module categories. As a consequence, we show that $D(\Mod A)$ is generically trivial if and only if the category of perfect ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

On Prime-Gamma-Near-Rings with Generalized Derivations
Let 𝑁 be a 2-torsion free prime Γ-near-ring with center 𝑍(𝑁). Let (𝑓,𝑑) and (𝑔,ℎ) be two generalized derivations on 𝑁. We prove the following results: (i) if 𝑓([𝑥,𝑦]𝛼)=0 or 𝑓([𝑥,𝑦]𝛼)=±[𝑥,𝑦]𝛼 or 𝑓2(𝑥)∈𝑍(𝑁) for all 𝑥,𝑦∈𝑁, 𝛼∈Γ, then 𝑁 is a commutative Γ ...

Jordan weak amenability and orthogonal forms on JB*-algebras [PDF]
We prove the existence of a linear isometric correspondence between the Banach space of all symmetric orthogonal forms on a JB$^*$-algebra $\mathcal{J}$ and the Banach space of all purely Jordan generalized derivations from $\mathcal{J}$ into $\mathcal{J}

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Generalized Derivations of BF-Algebras
In this paper, we introduced the concept of generalized derivations of an algebraic structure namely BF-algebras and studied some of its basic properties.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Hawking radiation from universal horizons
The persistence of a suitable notion of black hole thermodynamics in Lorentz breaking theories of gravity is not only a non-trivial consistency test for such theories, it is also an interesting investigation per se, as it might help us identifying the ...
