This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

The dual roles of CC and CXC chemokines in distinguishing active, latent, and subclinical tuberculosis were reviewed, along with an evaluation of their potential as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets to advance precision medicine in tuberculosis management. The graphical abstract was generated with AI assistance (Gemini 3.0).

σ-derivations on generalized matrix algebras
Let be a commutative ring with unity, 𝒜, be -algebras, be (𝒜, )-bimodule and 𝒩 be (, 𝒜)-bimodule. The -algebra 𝒢 = 𝒢(𝒜, , 𝒩, ) is a generalized matrix algebra defined by the Morita context (𝒜, , , 𝒩, ξ𝒩, Ω𝒩).

Pathways and pitfalls: a qualitative study of student experiences in biomedical science education
Biomedical science students from underrepresented backgrounds face barriers including financial strain, disrupted laboratory access and cultural exclusion. Peer networks provide vital support when institutional systems are difficult to navigate. To create inclusive learning environments and achieve academic success, educators should blend active, hands‐

Nearly Ring Homomorphisms and Nearly Ring Derivations on Non-Archimedean Banach Algebras
We prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of homomorphisms and derivations on non-Archimedean Banach algebras. Moreover, we prove the superstability of homomorphisms on unital non-Archimedean Banach algebras and we investigate the superstability of ...
