ABSTRACT There is growing evidence that a preponderance of resilience indicators discussed in management scholarship is often developed with limited consideration of the context in which micro‐and‐small‐service enterprises (MSSEs) operate. Given their strategic relevance to developing economies, it thus becomes necessary to understand the meaning of ...

The Computational Solution of Generalized Inverse Eigenvalue Problem for Pseudo-Jacobi Matrix
This paper is concerned with two generalized inverse eigenvalue problems for a kind of pseudo-Jacobi matrix. From a non-Hermite matrix, an r×r Jacobi matrix, two distinct real eigenvalues, and part of the corresponding eigenvectors, an n×n pseudo-Jacobi ...

Generalized second order vectorial ∞-eigenvalue problems
We consider the problem of minimizing the $L^\infty$ norm of a function of the hessian over a class of maps, subject to a mass constraint involving the $L^\infty$ norm of a function of the gradient and the map itself.

Phenotypic Subtypes of Obstructive Eustachian Tube Dysfunction as Defined by Cluster Analysis
Obstructive ETD encompasses five clinically distinct phenotypes, ranging from mild, post‐upper respiratory infection presentations to chronic, bilateral disease driven by sinusitis and reflux. These were identified through hierarchical cluster analysis of 490 patients using seven key clinical variables.

ABSTRACT Vegetation succession in aquatic and littoral habitats has received much less attention than terrestrial habitats have. We sampled differently aged successional stages at five different types of post‐mining sites, that is, sandpits, stone quarries, clay quarries, brown coal spoil heaps and black coal subsidences, across the Czech Republic ...

Inverse Design of Mirror‐Symmetric Disordered Systems for Broadband Perfect Transmission
This work introduces an inverse design approach to achieve broadband perfect wave transmission in mirror‐symmetric disordered media. Leveraging symmetry simplifies optimization and enables control of multiple reflectionless states. Experiments in microwave waveguides confirm the design of exceptional points, bandpass filters, and broadband quasi ...
