Symbolic Computation of Polynomial Conserved Densities, Generalized Symmetries, and Recursion Operators for Nonlinear Differential-Difference Equations [PDF]
Algorithms for the symbolic computation of polynomial conserved densities, fluxes, generalized symmetries, and recursion operators for systems of nonlinear differential-difference equations are presented. In the algorithms we use discrete versions of the

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Higher-order generalized Cahn–Hilliard equations
Our aim in this paper is to study higher-order (in space) anisotropic generalized Cahn–Hilliard models. In particular, we obtain well-posedness results, as well as the existence of the global attractor. Such models can have applications in biology, image

Sheaves of nonlinear generalized functions and manifold-valued distributions
This paper is part of an ongoing program to develop a theory of generalized differential geometry. We consider the space G[X,Y] of Colombeau generalized functions defined on a manifold X and taking values in a manifold Y. This space is essential in order

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

The solutions of generalized Klein-Gordon equations are considered. The generalizations of the Klein-Gordon equation allow one to derive convergent integrals for the Green functions of these equations.

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

INVARIANTS OF GENERALIZED RAPOPORT-LEAS EQUATIONS
For the generalized Rapoport-Leas equations, algebra of differential invariants is constructed with respect to point transformations, that is, transformations of independent and dependent variables.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
