Noninvasive Characterization of Tumor Heterogeneity in HNSCC: From Clinical Utility to Biological Correlates

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes a CT‐based radiomics framework to quantify intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) in HNSCC. Using unsupervised clustering, tumor ROIs and VOIs are analyzed to calculate 2D/3D ITH scores. The score shows strong predictive value for prognosis and immunotherapy response, and is associated with tumor metabolism and immune microenvironment,

Xenogeneic Mitochondrial Transplantation Improves Selected Age‐Associated Phenotypes in Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Yak‐derived xenogeneic mitochondrial transplantation improves selected age‐associated phenotypes in mice, enhances mitochondrial functional readouts, and engages host mitochondrial quality‐control pathways. Broad tissue biodistribution, increased ATP production and mtDNA copy number, reduced ROS levels and dysfunctional mitochondria, improved motility ...

The Generalized Pell p-Sequences in Groups

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper, we study the generalized Pell p-sequences modulo M. Also, we define the generalized Pell p-sequences and the basic generalized Pell p-sequences in groups and then we examine these sequences in finite groups.

Epitope‐Resolved Digital SERS Profiling of Structurally Dynamic Antigens via a Multi‐Epitope Bispecific Antibody Framework

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multi‐epitope digital surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy framework enables epitope‐resolved immunoprofiling by integrating bispecific antibody fragments with spectrally encoded nanotags. This approach decouples binding events into independent digital channels, allowing structure‐aware antigen analysis.

Generalized core spanner inexpressibility via Ehrenfeucht-Fraïssé games for FC

open access: yes
Despite considerable research on document spanners, little is known about the expressive power of generalized core spanners. In this paper, we use Ehrenfeucht-Fraïssé games to obtain general inexpressibility lemmas for the logic FC (a finite model ...

On Cayley graphs over generalized dicyclic groups

open access: yes, 2022
Recently, several works by a number of authors have studied integrality, distance integrality, and distance powers of Cayley graphs over some finite groups, such as dicyclic groups and (generalized) dihedral groups.

Multiferroic‐Centric Materials and Systems Engineering for Battery Applications: An Insight Into Mechanisms, Strategies, and Characterizations

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multiferroic order parameters – polarization, magnetization, and ferroelastic strain – are positioned as dynamic design variables for batteries. Their mechanistic roles, practical tuning through fabrication and external fields, and ferroic‐resolved characterization routes are unified into a closed‐loop framework, revealing how coupled ferroic responses

Generalized torsion in 3-manifold groups and normal closures of slope elements

open access: yes, 2019
If a 3-manifold group does not admit a bi-ordering, then we may expect that it has a generalized torsion element. As a particular case, the fundamental group of any 3-manifold obtained by non zero surgery on a knot in the 3-sphere may have such an ...

Surfaceome Reprogramming of Stemsomes Promotes Lung Cancer Targeting via Potentiated Receptor–Ligand Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a surfaceome‐reprogramming strategy for mutation‐independent lung cancer therapy by repurposing dexamethasone to prime mesenchymal stem cell‐derived nanovesicles. The engineered vesicles leverage multi‐valent interactions mediated by upregulated adhesion proteins, EPHA2, and NOTCH3.
