Generalization of some hypergeometric functions
Abstract In this paper, we make use of the Lagrange interpolation to obtain some algebraic identities, involving one or two infinite sets of variables.

Speed of Convergence to Normality When Regressors Are Nonstationary
ABSTRACT Stochastic and deterministic trends always coexist in data generating processes, which causes the nonstationarity and non‐standard distributions of statistics used in inference. It is known that the presence of the deterministic trend leads to asymptotic normality of the t‐statistics.

During a heart attack, neutrophils rapidly activate and differentiate into a specific subset characterized by high levels of MMP9, a tissue‐damaging enzyme, via the SPI1/CST7 pathway. These neutrophils form harmful net‐like structures (Neutrophil extracellular traps, NETs) that exacerbate heart injury.

The comprehensive proteomic and N‐glycoproteomic analyses of 45 colorectal cancer tissues with matched normal adjacent tissues identified 7125 intact N‐glycopeptides from 704 glycoproteins. A glycosylation site‐protein function network revealing metabolic dysregulation is constructed and a model differentiating tumors from normal tissues is developed ...

A deep learning‐based method Siamese transformer reaction pair (STRP) prediction is presented for identifying important pathways in untargeted LC‐MS/MS metabolomics. STRP accurately predicts metabolic reaction pairs from known metabolites and tandem mass spectra of unannotated metabolic features, which enhance the utility of untargeted metabolomics ...

Rapid and chemically diverse C transfer from trees to mycorrhizal fruit bodies in the forest
Read the free Plain Language Summary for this article on the Journal blog. Abstract Ectomycorrhizal fungi (EMF) are common belowground tree symbionts, supplying trees with water and nutrients. In return, large amounts of C assimilated by trees can be allocated into EMF. However, the chemical forms in which the C is transferred from trees to fungi under

Unified integral associated with the generalized V-function
In this paper, we present two new unified integral formulas involving a generalized V-function. Some interesting special cases of the main results are also considered in the form of corollaries.

Mellin transforms with only critical zeros: generalized Hermite functions [PDF]
We consider the Mellin transforms of certain generalized Hermite functions based upon certain generalized Hermite polynomials, characterized by a parameter $\mu>-1/2$.

ABSTRACT The motivation of this paper is to explore and generalize Sakaguchi‐type functions, which play a significant role in geometric function theory. In this context, we introduce four new classes of analytic univalent functions: ℑΨ,tb,α,ρ,ℑϑb,α,ρ,ℑΘ,mb,α,ρ$$ {\Im}_{\Psi, t}^{b,\alpha, \rho },\kern0.3em {\Im}_{\vartheta}^{b,\alpha, \rho },\kern0.3em

Inequalities and monotonicity of ratios for generalized hypergeometric function
We find two-sided inequalities for the generalized hypergeometric function of the form ${_{q+1}}F_{q}(-x)$ with positive parameters restricted by certain additional conditions. Both lower and upper bounds agree with the value of ${_{q+1}}F_{q}(-x)$ at the endpoints of positive semi-axis and are asymptotically precise at one of the endpoints.
