Resolvent operator method for general variational inclusions [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Inequalities, 2009
In this paper, we introduce a new class of variational inclusions involving three oper- ator. Using the resolvent operator technique, we establish the equivalence between the general variational inclusions and the resolvent equations. We use this alternative equivalent formulation to suggest and analyze some iterative methods for solving the general ...

Generalized resolvents of linear relations generated by integral equations with operator measures

open access: yesFilomat, 2022
We consider a symmetric minimal relation L0 generated by an integral equation with operators measures. We obtain a form of generalized resolvents of L0 and give a description of boundary value problems associated to generalized resolvents.

Inverses of generators of integrated fractional resolvent operator functions [PDF]

open access: yesFractional Calculus and Applied Analysis, 2018
This paper is devoted to the inverse generator problem in the setting of generators of integrated resolvent operator functions. It is shown that if the operator $A$ is the generator of a tempered $β$-times integrated $α$-resolvent operator function ($(α,β)$-ROF) and it is injective, then the inverse operator $A^{-1}$ is the generator of a tempered $(α ...

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

On characteristic functions of generalized resolvents generated by integral equations with operator measures

open access: yesFilomat, 2023
We consider a symmetric minimal relation L0 generated by an integral equation with operators measures. We describe the generalized resolvents of L0 using the characteristic function M(?) (? ? C), i.e., a function that has the property (Im?)?1ImM(?) ? 0.

A Predictor-Corrector Methods for Mixed Inverse Variational Inequalities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
In this paper, a class of mixed inverse variational inequalities is introduced and studied. We prove the existence of the solution of the auxiliary problem for mixed inverse variational inequalities, suggest a predictor-corrector method for solving the ...

A remark on Schatten-von Neumann properties of resolvent differences of generalized Robin Laplacians on bounded domains [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
In this note we investigate the asymptotic behavior of the s-numbers of the resolvent difference of two generalized self-adjoint, maximal dissipative or maximal accumulative Robin Laplacians on a bounded domain Ω with smooth boundary ∂Ω.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

New Perturbed Proximal Point Algorithms for Set-valued Quasi Variational Inclusions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
In this paper, by using some new and innovative techniques, some perturbed iterative algorithms for solving generalized set-valued variational inclusions are suggested and analyzed.
