Suitability of MANET Routing Protocols for the Next-Generation National Security and Public Safety Systems

2015
One of new domains where the D2D communication can be applied is the Public Protection and Disaster Relief (PPDR) and National Security and Public Safety (NSPS) services. The key requirement for employing the PPDR and NSPS services is to provide the access to the communication services even if cellular network is highly overloaded or become fully ...

Security Knowledge Distillation for Enhancing LLM Safety in Code Generation Authors

We propose a distillation framework that transfers secure coding expertise into a compact model trained using expert demonstrations, static-analysis labels, and secure patterns. The distilled model (7B parameters) achieves 83% security compliance, nearly matching GPT-4's 89% performance while requiring significantly less compute.
