In the present article we investigate problems of tracking in the moving point control of thermal processes described by Fredholm integro-differential equations in partial derivatives with the Fredholm integral operator, in the case when the functions ...

In this paper, we consider a problem for a one-dimensional hyperbolic equation with nonlocal integral condition of the second kind. Uniqueness and existence of a generalized solution are proved. In order to prove this statement we suggest a new approach.

Geodesics in the generalized Schwarzschild solution [PDF]
Since Schwarzshild discovered the point-mass solution to Einstein’s equations that bears his name, many equivalent forms of the metric have been obtained. Using an elementary coordinate transformation, we derive the most general form for the stationary, spherically symmetric vacuum metric, which contains one free function.

This article explores a one-dimensional system of equations for the discrete model of a gas (Carleman system of equations). The Carleman system is the Boltzmann kinetic equation of a model one-dimensional gas consisting of two particles.

General Automatic Solution Generation for Social Problems
Given the escalating intricacy and multifaceted nature of contemporary social systems, manually generating solutions to address pertinent social issues has become a formidable task. In response to this challenge, the rapid development of artificial intelligence has spurred the exploration of computational methodologies aimed at automatically generating

Generalized Rationing Problems and Solutions [PDF]
An extension of the standard rationing model is introduced. Agents are not only identified by their respective claims on some amount of a scarce resource, but also by some exogenous ex-ante conditions (initial stock of resource or net worth of agents, for instance), different from claims.

We use upper and lower absolutely continuous functions as subsolutions and supersolutions to discontinuous ordinary differential equations. We present sufficient conditions for the existence of extremal solutions to initial value problems. Due to a new

Solution of a generalized Stieltjes problem [PDF]
We present the exact solution for a set of nonlinear algebraic equations $\frac{1}{z_l}= πd + \frac{2 d}{n} \sum_{m \neq l} \frac{1}{z_l-z_m}$. These were encountered by us in a recent study of the low energy spectrum of the Heisenberg ferromagnetic chain \cite{dhar}.

Controllability is a basic problem in the study of stochastic generalized systems. Compared with ordinary stochastic systems, the structure of stochastic singular systems is more complex, and it is necessary to study the controllability of stochastic ...
