Synchronization of chaotic oscillator time scales

open access: yes, 2005
This paper deals with the chaotic oscillator synchronization. A new approach to detect the synchronized behaviour of chaotic oscillators has been proposed.

Infrared laser sampling of low volumes combined with shotgun lipidomics reveals lipid markers in palatine tonsil carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Synchronization of generalized fractional complex networks with partial subchannel losses

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics
This article focuses on the synchronization problem for two classes of complex networks with subchannel losses and generalized fractional derivatives. Initially, a new stability theorem for generalized fractional nonlinear system is formulated using the ...

Generalized Combination Complex Synchronization for Fractional-Order Chaotic Complex Systems

open access: yesEntropy, 2015
Based on two fractional-order chaotic complex drive systems and one fractional-order chaotic complex response system with different dimensions, we propose generalized combination complex synchronization.

Dynamical Analysis and Generalized Synchronization of a Novel Fractional-Order Hyperchaotic System with Hidden Attractor

open access: yesAxioms, 2022
In this paper, hidden dynamical behaviors in a novel fractional-order hyperchaotic system without an equilibrium point are investigated. It is found that the chaotic system exhibits various hidden behaviors for different parameters, such as the ...

Detectability of non-differentiable generalized synchrony

open access: yes, 2003
Generalized synchronization of chaos is a type of cooperative behavior in directionally-coupled oscillators that is characterized by existence of stable and persistent functional dependence of response trajectories from the chaotic trajectory of driving ...

Age-Related Changes in Functional Connectivity during the Sensorimotor Integration Detected by Artificial Neural Network

open access: yesSensors, 2022
Large-scale functional connectivity is an important indicator of the brain’s normal functioning. The abnormalities in the connectivity pattern can be used as a diagnostic tool to detect various neurological disorders.

Generalized Phase Synchronization in unidirectionally coupled chaotic oscillators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
We investigate phase synchronization between two identical or detuned response oscillators coupled to a slightly different drive oscillator. Our result is that phase synchronization can occur between response oscillators when they are driven by ...

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
