A Lightweight Procedural Layer for Hybrid Experimental–Computational Workflows in Materials Science
We unveil a prototype hybrid‐workflow framework that fuses automatedcomputation with hands‐on experiments. Built atop pyiron, a lightweight, parameterized layer translates procedure descriptions into executable manual steps, syncing instrument settings, human interventions, and data capture in real‐time today.

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

Enhancing Bubble Removal in Geometry‐Optimized Electrodes
3D‐printed lattice electrodes outperform stochastic foams in alkaline water electrolysis despite 20%–25% lower surface area. Straight flow channels generate Venturi‐like bubble entrainment, suppressing gas accumulation that renders foam interiors electrochemically inactive.

Translation Operator in Graph Signal Processing: A Generalized Approach
The notion of translation (shift) is straightforward in classical signal processing, however, it is challenging on an irregular graph structure. In this work, we present an approach to characterize the translation operator in various signal domains. By a natural generalization from classical domains, one can characterize an abstract representation for ...

Generalized translation operator and the Heat equation for the canonical Fourier Bessel transform
The aim of this paper is to introduce a translation operator associated to the canonical Fourier Bessel transform $\mathcal{F}_ν^{\mathbf{m}}$ and study some of the important properties. We derive a convolution product for this transform and as application we study the heat equation and the heat semigroup related to $Δ_ν^{\mathbf{m}}.$

Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

For many problems of harmonic analysis of eigenfunction expansions associated with a Sturm-Liouville equation it is indispensable to find an appropriate convolution structure. This can be achieved by introducing a generalized translation operator and by deriving suitable norm estimates.

Wavelet Sets on Locally Compact Abelian Groups
Introduction An orthonormal wavelet is a square-integrable function whose translates and dilates form an orthonormal basis for the Hilbert space . That is, given the unitary operators of translation for and dilation , we call an orthonormal wavelet if
