Generalized Non-Homogeneous Morrey Spaces And Olsen Inequality

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper, we shall discuss some properties of generalized non-homogeneous Morrey spaces. In addition, we will also prove the Olsen inequality in the non-homogeneous setting.

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

Generic Bidirectional Typing for Dependent Type Theories

open access: yesACM Transactions on Programming Languages and Systems
Bidirectional typing is a discipline in which the typing judgment is decomposed explicitly into inference and checking modes, allowing one to control the flow of type information in typing rules and to specify algorithmically how they should be used. Bidirectional typing has been fruitfully studied and bidirectional systems have been developed for many

New Approximate Schemes for Generalized General Set-Valued Mixed Quasi Variational Inequalities

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper, we suggest and consider a class of new three-step approximation schemes for generalized general set-valued mixed quasi variational inequalities.

Suppression of lung adenocarcinoma migration through organelle alkalization by human lactoferrin – albumin fusion

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

On extended type I generalized logistic distribution

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2004
We consider a form of generalized logistic distribution which is called extended type I generalized logistic distribution. Some theorems that relate the distribution to some other statistical distributions are established.

Generic fibers of the generalized Springer resolution of type A

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematics, 2005
Let \(G\) be a semisimple (connected) complex algebraic group with Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{g}\), on which \(G\) acts by the adjoint action, and let \(P\) be a standard parabolic subgroup of \(G\) with Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{p}\). There is a unique nilpotent \(G\)-orbit \(\mathcal{O}_{\mathfrak{p}}\) such that the set \(\mathcal{O}_{\mathfrak{p}} \cap \

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
