Aim of the study was to determine the content of vitamin C in 12 potato genotypes by growing them in organic and conventional manner. Measured by the high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector, the vitamin C content of 12 potato genotypes in harvest of 2013th year was found to be in average 12 to 27 mg/100g potato.
