Endothelial BMP6 Drives Hemodynamic‐Dependent VSMCs Calcification in Carotid Atherosclerosis
The study demonstrates that endothelial cell (EC)‐derived BMP6 promotes the osteogenic differentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) through cell‐cell interactions.
