Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Responses of a Supernodulating Soybean Genotype, Sakukei 4 to Nitrogen Fertilizer
The supernodulating soybean genotype Sakukei 4 is potentially high-yielding. We characterized its leaf nitrogen (N) content, photosynthesis and growth at different developmental stages and under different dosages and types of N fertilizer, and compared ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Presence of the ABCB1 (MDR1) deletion mutation causing ivermectin hypersensitivity in certain dog breeds in Belgium [PDF]
Hypersensitivity to ivermectin and certain other drugs in Collies and related breeds is caused by a 4-base pair deletion mutation in the ABCB1 gene, better known as the MDR1 gene, encoding P-glycoprotein.
