Mr BMT Achieves Systemic Macrophage Replacement With Preservation of Tissue Homeostasis
Microglia replacement by bone marrow transplantation (Mr BMT) enables systemic replacement of tissue‐resident macrophages. Despite persistent macrophage and tissue remodeling across multiple organs, core biological functions and innate immune responses remain preserved, supporting long‐term maintenance of organismal homeostasis and the therapeutic ...

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

The Kolo Creek is an inland water body in the Niger Delta receiving organic and chemical wastes arising from anthropogenic activities within the catchment area. This study was therefore carried out to investigate the spatial variabilities of heavy metals in surface and sediment and their geochemical factors that influence their presence along the Kolo ...

m6A‐Mediated Glycolysis by IL‐37 Drives T Cell Metabolic Reprogramming to Regulate Colitis
This study identifies an IL‐37/SIGIRR‐METTL14 regulatory axis that suppresses global m6A modification in CD4+ T cells. IL‐37 signaling, mediated through SIGIRR, inhibits IRAK4 and JNK phosphorylation, leading to downregulation of the methyltransferase METTL14.

Metastasis remains a major challenge in colorectal cancer. Using an in vivo shRNA screening system, this study identifies Homeobox D4 as a key metastasis suppressor. Reduced Homeobox D4 expression is associated with aggressive tumor features. Functional and mechanistic analyses show that it inhibits epithelial‐mesenchymal transition by repressing ...

Modifications in the natural state of the environment brought about by human activity have resulted in pollution or contamination at various degrees. Because of their toxicity and tendency to accumulate, heavy metals are extremely important to the environment. It is critical that their quantities in the marine ecosystem of our surroundings be monitored.

Single‐cell longitudinal profiling reveals that androgen‐deprivation therapy induces a DPT+ fibroblast‐complement axis that suppresses macrophage inflammation and drives CD8+ T cell exhaustion in prostate cancer. Concurrently, resistant epithelial subpopulations persist and engage TSPAN1‐ and NRXN1‐mediated programs promoting CRPC and neuroendocrine ...
