Geoidal correction methods for GPS geodetics measurements (Geoidal correction)
This work analyzes the problem of fixing GPS ellipsoidal heights by geoidal undulation effects. It studies some correction models that some institutes use for that purpose, here in Venezuela; testing them on a previously selected test network.

The Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) has imparted positively on civilian positioning & surveying in the horizontal component in Nigeria for the past two decades. The GNSS receivers’ data are longitude, latitude & elevation. However, the vertical distance measurement have not been fully exploited by geodetic and land surveyors.

Consistent determination of the gravimetric geoid and orthometric height
Abstract Various computational methods have been developed and applied to determine regional gravimetric geoid models with high accuracy using surface gravity and terrain data, while also often taking into consideration topographic mass density information.
