Dimethyl Fumarate, But Not Rituximab, Reduces Serum GFAP Levels and PIRMA in Relapsing–Remitting MS
ABSTRACT Objective Serum neurofilament light chain (sNfL) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (sGFAP) levels are believed to reflect mainly acute and chronic disease processes in multiple sclerosis (MS), respectively. In this study, we investigated whether dimethyl fumarate (DMF) and rituximab (RTX) differentially affect these biomarkers.

ABSTRACT Objective Treatment of disorders of consciousness (DoC) remains a major clinical challenge, and noninvasive, targeted modulation of deep brain structures has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy. We aimed to evaluate the feasibility/safety and preliminary effects of thalamic temporal interference stimulation (TIS) targeting centromedian‐

Objective We examined whether 18 months of strength training in individuals with knee varus alignment and medial tibiofemoral osteoarthritis (OA) reduced knee joint loads during walking compared to an attention control group. Methods This study was a secondary analysis of a randomized clinical trial that compared the effects of strength training to a ...

Extremality of Koebe’s Function
The remarkable Koebe function is the (unique) extremal of many important distortion functionals in geometric function theory. This paper provides a complete characterization of such functionals.

The quantum (or q-) calculus is widely applied in various operators which include the q-difference (q-derivative) operator, and this operator plays an important role in geometric function theory (GFT) as well as in the theory of hypergeometric series. In

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Results on multivalent Bessel functions associated with a new integral operator
Many authors have considered several special functions and their applications in geometric function theory using different operators. Not much was known in literature on analytic functions associated with Bessel function using integral operator ...

Gennadiĭ Mikhaĭlovich Goluzin and geometric function theory [PDF]
\textit{Gennadiĭ Mikhailovich Goluzin} (1906--1952) worked mainly in the area of geometric function theory, understood as the study of general classes of functions defined on a domain in the plane or on a Riemannian surface, and his other major area was the theory of conformal mappings.
