Noncommutative Geometry and The Ising Model
The main aim of this work is to present the interpretation of the Ising type models as a kind of field theory in the framework of noncommutative geometry.

Molecular determinants of signal transduction in tropomyosin receptor kinases
Tropomyosin receptor kinases control critical neuronal functions, but how do the same receptors produce diverse cellular responses? This review explores the structural mechanisms behind Trk signaling diversity, focusing on allosteric modulation and ligand bias.

The geometry of sound rays in a wind
We survey the close relationship between sound and light rays and geometry. In the case where the medium is at rest, the geometry is the classical geometry of Riemann.

In this paper we study associative algebras with a Poisson algebra structure on the center acting by derivations on the rest of the algebra. These structures, which we call Poisson fibred algebras, appear in the study of quantum groups at roots of 1 and related algebras, as well as in the representation theory of affine Lie algebras at the critical ...

SmallTalk: a novel small‐sized fusion tag for peptide expression and purification
The SmallTalk fusion tag allows for the efficient expression and purification of soluble recombinant proteins or peptides in Escherichia coli. Testing with SmallTalk‐GFP confirmed that the proteins were soluble and folded correctly, while SmallTalk‐Bin1b maintained its antimicrobial activity against various bacterial isolates. This streamlined workflow

Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

The Nicolai map is a field transformation that relates supersymmetric theories at finite couplings g with the free theory at g = 0. It is obtained via an ordered exponential of the coupling flow operator integrated from 0 to g.

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

Deformaciones isométricas infinitesimales de superficies multidimensionales ensambladas
The article introduces the concept of multidimensional pasted surfaces and considers the case of different dimensions in the surfaces to be pasted. Infinitesimal deformations of such surfaces are also considered.
