Success with a twinge of distress: Antecedents and consequences of outperformance‐related discomfort
Abstract Although outperforming others brings intrapersonal benefits, it may also carry interpersonal costs. The term Sensitivity about being the Target of a Threatening Upward Comparison (STTUC) captures the discomfort that outperformers may feel when they perceive that their success upsets an outperformed person.

Genetic determinants of circulating galectin‐3 levels in patients with coronary artery disease
Galectin‐3 levels significantly correlated with leukocyte counts, C‐reactive protein, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule‐1, and matrix metalloproteinase 9 levels while LGALS3 SNPs rs2274273 and rs4644 genotypes independently associated with and contributed to 20.8% of galectin‐3 levels in patients with coronary artery disease.
