Utjecaj osvjetljenja na lignifikaciju cvjetne stapke gerbera (Gerbera jamesonii L.)
2010Cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj dodatnog osvjetljenja na lignifikaciju cvjetne stapke gerbera. Rezultati ispitivanih parametara pokazali su bolju razvijenost stapke kod tretiranih biljaka te bolju razvijenost ksilema u vrhu stapke kod istih što je vidljivo iz histokemijske analize u usporedbi sa kontrolnim biljkama (prirodna osvjetljenost).
