Exploring the Impedance Spectroscopy in Hole‐Conductor‐Free Mesoscopic Perovskite Solar Cells
Progress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, EarlyView.This study employs impedance spectroscopy (IS) to investigate the carrier dynamics of printable perovskite solar cells (p‐MPSCs). The exceptional stability of p‐MPSCs enables reliable IS measurements under various conditions. We develop an equivalent circuit model to analyze the IS data, linking each circuit element to specific dynamic processes.

Progress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, EarlyView.We show that many hydrogen‐related effects in silicon solar cells can be explained by direct electron‐assisted acceptor‐hydrogen pair dissociation. Most importantly, it leads to a high concentration of atomic hydrogen, which is highly reactive and diffusive. We provide a unified physical description of LeTID.
