Single‐Cell and Spatial Transcriptomic Profiling of Penile Squamous Cell Carcinoma Reveals Dynamics of Tumor Differentiation and Immune Microenvironment
Advanced Science, EarlyView. This study uses single‐nucleus RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to investigate penile squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC). It reveals that PSCC tumor cells mimic normal penile epithelium differentiation, independent of HPV status. The Tum_1 subtype shows basal stem‐like characteristics and promotes invasiveness. Advanced Science, EarlyView.PAX8‐AS1 drives chemoresistance in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma by activating NRF2‐mediated GPX4 transcription and stabilizing GPX4 mRNA via IGF2BP3. Targeting the PAX8‐AS1/GPX4 axis with a GPX4 inhibitor enhances the efficacy of gemcitabine and cisplatin in preclinical models, offering a promising strategy to overcome chemotherapy resistance in ...Zhi‐Wen Chen, Ji‐Jun Shan, Mo Chen, Zong Wu, Yi‐Ming Zhao, Hong‐Xu Zhu, Xin Jin, Yi‐Xiu Wang, Yi‐Bin Wu, Zhen Xiang, Zhi‐Wen Ding, Zhen‐Hai Lin, Long‐Rong Wang, Lu Wang +13 morewiley +1 more sourceDeep CRISPR mutagenesis characterizes the functional diversity of TP53 mutations. Advanced Science, EarlyView.IPA is an intestinal tryptophan metabolite whose effects decline with decreased heart function. Supplementing IPA can alleviate the aging‐related myocardial fibrosis through PPT1. PPT1 is a key protein localized to lysosomes, and IPA can restore macrophage autophagy function by regulating PPT1 expresssions, thereby reducing aging‐related myocardial ...Jing Lu, Hongyan Wang, Haiyu Zhang, Jiahao Li, Hanqi Li, Qiuyu Chen, Dongyu Han, Jialiang Liu, Lin Lv, Jie Xiong, Keying Yuan, Xianpeng Wei, Siqi Sheng, Fukai Liu, Yuanqi Shi, Zengxiang Dong, Yue Li +16 morewiley +1 more sourceFrequency of safety signals from scientific reports, manufactures, registers, and other sources for a random selection of hip and knee prostheses.
