This paper establishes a global high‐throughput fluorescence screening (GhitFluors) platform to efficiently identify ABA signaling modulators. It effectively identifies diopyridin, a regulator with strong binding affinity to PYR1, and more than 80% inhibitory activity against HAB1, which is equivalent to ABA.

The mechanics of Arabidopsis seed germination [PDF]
Germination is defined as the protrusion of the embryonic radicle through the seed coat layers (endosperm and testa). As the radicle elongates, the testa ruptures, followed by rupture of the endosperm.

Tryptophan‐like dissolved organic matter (Try‐like DOM), a key component of organic matter in river ecosystems, demonstrates significant protective effects against plant viruses. The protective mechanism operates via a “swimming firewall” mode, whereby free Try‐like DOM attenuates ultraviolet (UV) radiation and scavenges reactive oxygen species ...

Salt stress endangers coastal cereal crops, requiring resilient crop solutions. This study employs machine learning (KANMB) to analyze multi‐omics data from halophyte Spartina alterniflora, revealing 226 salt‐stress biomarkers and linking them to tolerance pathways. The MYB gene SaMYB35 regulates flavonoid biosynthesis under salinity.

Manipulating the Light Systemic Signal HY5 Greatly Improve Fruit Quality in Tomato
This study establishes that HY5, activated by low‐dose light, acts as a systemic signal to enhance tomato fruit quality by directly promoting carotenoid synthesis and sugar metabolism. These findings demonstrate HY5's mobility from leaves to fruits and its application potential through nighttime LED lighting, offering a practical strategy for crop ...

Mechanical Forces Guide Axon Growth through the Nigrostriatal Pathway in an Organotypic Model
Nano‐pulling is a magnetic nanoparticle‐based technology for guiding and promoting the axon growth of induced pluripotent stem cell‐derived dopaminergic neurospheres in vitro or neural progenitors transplanted in the brain tissue. Fine control of axon guidance is essential for reconstructing neural networks and restoring functional connectivity in the ...

A galvanic replacement is used to control dual atomic metals (Au and Ir) on a covalent organic framework (COF) nanoparticle and then coated with hyaluronic acid (HA). Under a specific bimetallic ratio (COF/Aux/Ir1‐x), the optimization can be achieved for the conversion of intracellular nutrients into reactive species (HOCl and O2• ─) and effectively ...

This study presents 3D‐printed Ti‐6Al‐4V trabecular scaffolds combined with hypoxia‐induced exosomes encapsulated in PEGDA/GelMA microspheres for sustained release. The scaffolds mimic the structure of natural bone, while the exosome delivery system enhances osteogenesis and angiogenesis, significantly promoting bone regeneration and offering a ...

Notes on the germination of the endangered species Sclerolaena napiformis (Chenopodiaceae) [PDF]
Sclerolaena napiformis is found on fertile plains in northern Victoria and southern New South Wales and is endangered Australia-wide. Introductory work on its germination shows that seeds cannot germinate until the woody fruit has broken down.
