Parents' Experiences and Reported Outcomes of Family‐Centred Care: A Qualitative Systematic Review
ABSTRACT Introduction Having an infant admitted to neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) is a distressing experience for parents. Family‐centred care (FCC) has been shown to improve outcomes for both infants and parents. However, there is inconsistency in reporting outcomes in FCC studies.

What Judges Need to Know: The Anti‐Factual Challenge and Judicial Review
Today, there is a ‘knowledge crisis’, informing ‘societies of doubt’. Looked at more closely, we are confronted with attacks on expertise and knowledge, on facts and truth, as one chapter in the autocratic playbook. This challenges the legal system in many ways, be it legislation and other types of regulation, or administration and governance, as well ...

Non-Stationarity-Based Adaptive Segmentation Applied to Voice Disorder Discrimination
Voice disorders can affect people in all age groups. Vocal health is especially important when voice is used as a work tool, as in the fields of education (teachers), music (singers) and multimedia (journalists).

SKANN: Selective Kernel Audio Neural Networks for Underwater Mixed Ship Event Detection
ABSTRACT Underwater acoustic target recognition (UATR) has become increasingly prevalent for ocean detection, localisation, and identification. However, due to the complexity and variability of underwater environments, especially in multi ship event environments, where multiple acoustic signals coexist, practical applications face significant ...

ABSTRACT Purpose Curative therapy for most children with leukemia and lymphoma includes multiple lumbar punctures (LPs) for the administration of intrathecal chemotherapy, commonly facilitated with deep sedation or general anesthesia (GA). There is ongoing concern about the potential for neurocognitive deficits induced by GA in the developing brain ...
