GGE biplot analysis of genotype -by-environment interaction for cauliflower yield
The stability of yield and component traits in twenty-five cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.) genotypes were studied under five sowing dates over two years at Vegetable Research Farm, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. Data were subjected to the combined analysis of variance and trait stability by GGE biplot.

Adaptability and stability of biomass sorghum genotypes using GGE Biplot
ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to evaluate the agronomic performance and select biomass sorghum genotypes for growing in different regions of Brazil based on adaptability and stability analysis using the GGE biplot method. The 25 genotypes evaluated were from trials of value for cultivation and use (VCU) of biomass sorghum of the Brazilian ...

GGE Biplot for integrating agronomic and sensory attributes in coffee cultivar selection
Coffee plant breeding has developed cultivars with disease resistance, high yield, and excellent sensory quality. However, recommending cultivars for different regions requires evaluations that account for genotype × environment (G × E) interactions ...
