Comparing Biplot Multivariate Analyses with Eberhart and Russell’ method for genotype x environment interaction [PDF]
The aim of this study was to compare the multivariate methods GGE (Genotype main effects and Genotype xEnvironment interaction) and AMMI (Additive Main effects and Multiplicative Interaction) with the method of Eberhart andRussell for interpreting ...

Numerical and Graphical Measures to Facilitate the Interpretation of GGE Biplots
The genotype + genotype‐by‐environment (GGE) biplot technique has been widely used in the recent years for the analysis of multienvironment trials, as is evident by the large number of articles published where there is a reference to this technique.

EVALUATION OF WHEAT GENOTYPE STABILITY THROUGH GGE BIPLOT ANALYSIS
Under pronounced climate changes, identifying wheat genotypes with high yield potential and high stability across environments is becoming essential. A multi-environment trial (MET) with 15 wheat genotypes was conducted across three localities (Pančevo, Kragujevac, and Kruševac) during two growing seasons (2022/2023 and 2023/2024).

ABSTRACT High yielding and micronutrient dense sweetpotato cultivars could contribute to alleviating micronutrient deficiency, which is a prevalent problem in developing countries. Developing these improved cultivars involves selection across diverse environments, which requires an understanding of genotype × environment interaction (GEI).

Yield, stability, and plasticity of Arabica coffee genotypes under contrasting pruning systems
Abstract Coffee yield instability caused by biennial bearing causes coffee yield instability, reducing production predictability and farm income. Biennial drastic pruning (Zero Crop), which alternates harvest and no‐harvest years, has been proposed to reduce this instability, but its benefits depend on genotype performance under contrasting management.

Sunflower mega-environments in Serbia revealed by GGE biplot analysis [PDF]
Sunflower mega-environment analysis was conducted for the grain yield data of 20 hybrids and 19 test locations during 2006, and 20 hybrids and 16 test locations during 2007. Combined data included 15 hybrids and 9 test locations common for both years and it was analyzed as balanced experiment.

GGE biplot and AMMI analysis of advanced breeding lines of linseed
Ten advanced breeding lines of linseed were assessed in four environments viz; two locations each during 2016-17 and 2017-18. Analysis of variance exhibited a significant variation for genotype, environment and G X E effects for all the traits. The GGE biplot analysis showed that genotypes LCP 87, LC 2063, LDCP 13 and M 6 are suitable for seed yield ...
