2 GHz-18 GHz Solid State Power Amplifier

A newly designed high power ultra-wideband solid state amplifier is presented in this paper. The spatial power combining technology and the multifunctional power management is discussed in this paper. A new ultra-wideband power combiner is designed to work efficiently at the frequency band range of 2 GHz-18 GHz with one N-type connector.
