Immunoreactivity for CD34, Desmin, Keratins, KIT, Alpha‐Smooth Muscle Actin, S100, and Vimentin in Malignant Mesenchymal Neoplasms in Guinea Pigs: A Series of 62 Cases From a Single Institution

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 2, March 2026.
Immunohistochemical expression of CD34, desmin, keratin AE1/AE3, keratin 8/18, KIT, SMA, S100, and vimentin in normal guinea pig skin serving as both positive and negative external tissue control. All images immunohistochemical staining, 200× magnification, scale bar 100 µm. (A) CD34 stained only vascular endothelium (arrow).

H3F3A (Histone 3.3) G34W Immunohistochemistry: A Reliable Marker Defining Benign and Malignant Giant Cell Tumor of Bone [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Giant cell tumor of bone (GCTB) is a locally aggressive subarticular tumor. Having recently reported that H3.3 G34W mutations are characteristic of this tumor type, we have now investigated the sensitivity and specificity of the anti-histone H3.3 G34W ...

Unraveling Lysosomal Exocytosis: From Molecular Mechanisms to Physiological Functions

open access: yesTraffic, Volume 27, Issue 1, March 2026.
Lysosomal exocytosis is propelled by specific molecular mechanisms that direct its microtubule‐dependent transport and subsequent fusion with the plasma membrane. This process fulfills essential physiological functions such as plasma membrane repair, maintenance of cellular homeostasis, and participation in signal transduction.

Targeted Inhibition of CD74+ Macrophages by Luteolin via CEBPB/P65 Signaling Ameliorates Osteoarthritis Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 7, 3 February 2026.
This study identifies CD74⁺ macrophages as key drivers of synovial inflammation in osteoarthritis (OA). The flavonoid luteolin is predicted to inhibit this pathway by blocking Nuclear Factor Kappa‐light‐chain‐enhancer of Activated B cells (NF‐κB) signaling. To enhance delivery, a targeted nanoplatform (MDSPL) is developed.

Primary Hyperparathyroidism With Brown Tumor—A Case Mistaken as Non‐Ossifying Fibroma Resolved by Biochemical and Radiological Correlation

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is uncommon in the pediatric population and rarely presents with overt skeletal complications such as brown tumors. This case study describes a 16‐year‐old female who initially presented with abdominal pain and was subsequently found to have severe hypercalcemia (serum calcium 16.4 mg/dL) and markedly ...

A Granulomatous Puzzle: Tubercular Lymphadenitis Without AFB Clues

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Tubercular lymphadenitis (TBL) is the most common form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB), accounting for 20%–40% of EPTB cases. We present you a case of a 45‐year‐old male presented with gradually progressive swelling in the lower right side of the jaw for 2 months. At his initial consultation at another center, a diagnosis of carcinoma of
