3D Self‐Assembled Microelectronic Devices: Concepts, Materials, Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 32, Issue 15, April 16, 2020., 2020
Conventional microelectronics have difficulties accommodating a number of 3D electronic components. Self‐assembled 3D architectures are gradually brought into the field of microelectronics realizing 3D self‐assembled passive, active, sensory, mechanical and energy‐supply devices.

Influences of Anisotropic Equivalent Field and Magnetic Damping Coefficient on Giant Magnetoimpedance Effect of Cylindrical Alloy Fibers: Theoretical Magnetoimpedance Calculations

open access: yesMetals, 2022
In this paper, the giant magneto-impedance (GMI) model of a cylindrical alloy fiber was established by the Maxwell equation and Landau–Lifshitz equation to simulate the influence of physical parameters of cylindrical alloy fiber on GMI under different ...

Giant magnetoimpedance effect in surface modified CoFeMoSiB amorphous ribbons [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
[EN] Thin magnetic Fe layers in thickness of 10-240 nm were deposited onto a wheel surface of CoFeMoSiB amorphous ribbons to check our concept of a new type of heterogeneous magnetoimpedance materials formed by two different magnetic parts.

Giant Magnetoimpedance Receiver With a Double-Superheterodyne Topology for Magnetic Communication

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
Radio reception relies on the medium which determines the propagation characteristics of the electromagnetic fields carrying the information. The permittivity varies greatly depending on the medium, but it remains nearly constant, except when magnetic ...

Asymmetrical giant magnetoimpedance in exchange-biased NiFe

open access: yesApplied Physics Letters, 2010
Linear asymmetrical magnetoimpedance (MI) has been obtained in thin multilayer strips of exchange-coupled FeNi(5 nm)/IrMn(15 nm)/FeNi(40 nm)/Cu(100 nm)/FeNi(40 nm)/IrMn(15 nm)/FeNi(5 nm), in which the MI response is enhanced by including a Cu layer between the two 40 nm NiFe layers.

Giant magnetoimpedance effect enhanced by thermoplastic drawing

open access: yes, 2014
We performed thermoplastic forming (TPF) on FeCoNbB metallic glass ribbons with a supercooled liquid region exceeding 100 K, and found the sample after TPF is still completely amorphous.

Nonlinear Magnetoimpedance Effect in FeCoNi Ferromagnetic Tubes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
The very high (up to 820% of the magnetoimpedance ratio) and sensitive nonlinear giant magnetoimpedance effect has been studied in the FeCoNi magnetic tubes electroplated onto Cu(3%)Be nonmagnetic wire for frequencies from 1-10 MHz. Special annealing was

Magnetically Boosted Water‐Splitting Performance in Metallic Glasses

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A strategy for boosting water electrolysis efficiency using ultralow magnetic fields on soft‐magnetic MG wires is reported. Ni40Fe40P20 metallic glass exhibits superior overall water‐splitting performance (1.51 V @ 1000 mA cm−2) at 100 Oe, enabled by spin polarization in periodic surface magnetic domains to enhance orbital hybridization and net spin ...
