Correlation of Crystalline Structure with Magnetic and Transport Properties of Glass-Coated Microwires

open access: yesCrystals, 2017
We overviewed the correlation between the structure, magnetic and transport properties of magnetic microwires prepared by the Taylor-Ulitovsky method involving rapid quenching from the melt and drawing of the composite (metallic core, glass coated) wire.

3D‐Printed Magnetoelectronics for Interactive Appliances and Self‐Aware 4D‐Printed Mechatronics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
3D‐printed magnetoelectronics integrate high‐performance magnetic field sensing directly into complex structural components. Flexible spring and cross‐shaped sensors exhibit giant magnetoimpedance and 3D Hall sensing for vector field reconstruction. Applications include smart‐home switches, robotic joysticks, volumetric magnetometers, and self‐aware 4D‐

Effect of Adding Co on Crystallization Behavior and Magnetoimpedance Effect of Amorphous/Nanocrystalline FeCuNbSiB Alloy Strips

open access: yesAdvances in Condensed Matter Physics, Volume 2019, Issue 1, 2019., 2019
After one of the B atoms in Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy was replaced by both 0.7 Si and 0.3 Co, Fe73.5Co0.3Cu1Nb3Si14.2B8 alloy ribbons were prepared by single roll fast quenching method. The obtained alloy ribbons were subsequently wound into ring magnetic cores, and then these magnetic cores were annealed at different temperatures in air.

Optimization of the high-frequency magnetoimpedance response in melt-extracted Co-rich microwires through novel multiple-step Joule heating

open access: yesJournal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices, 2021
The optimization of the high frequency giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect and its magnetic field sensitivity in melt-extracted Co69.25Fe4.25Si13B12.5Nb1 amorphous microwires was systematically studied through a multi-step Joule annealing (MSA) technique.

Operation Regimes and Design Principles of Delta‐E Effect Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, Volume 5, Issue 4, April 2026.
Delta‐E effect magnetoelectric sensors enable the detection of weak magnetic fields, yet performance optimization remains nontrivial due to coupled magnetic, mechanical, and electronic losses. A systematic study of 24 miniaturized MEMS devices with different geometries reveals three excitation‐dependent regimes: electronic‐noise, magnetic‐noise, and ...

Magnetoimpedance Effect in CoFeMoSiB As‐Quenched and Surface Modified Amorphous Ribbons in the Presence of Igon Oxide Nanoparticles of Water‐Based Ferrofluid

open access: yesJournal of Sensors, Volume 2017, Issue 1, 2017., 2017
Giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) has been proposed as a powerful technique for biosensing. In GMI biosensors based on the magnetic label detection the change of the impedance of sensitive element under the application of an external magnetic field was analyzed in the presence of magnetic nanoparticles in a test solution.

Giant magnetoimpedance and colossal ac magnetoresistance of a Cu coil wound on La0.67Sr0.33MnO3

open access: yes, 2011
We observed the giant magnetoimpedance and colossal ac magnetoresistance for a Cu coil wound on La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 under low dc magnetic fields. Even though the dc magnetoresistance ΔRR0 for La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 plate is only -2.4% under H=12 kOe, a Cu coil ...

Magnetization and Giant Magnetoimpedance Effect of Co‐Rich Microwires under Different Driven Currents

open access: yesJournal of Sensors, Volume 2016, Issue 1, 2016., 2016
Co68.25Fe4.5Si12.25B15 amorphous microwires with a diameter of 34 μm were prepared via the melt extraction method. The dependency of AC driving current Iac and frequency on giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect and magnetization were investigated using a 4294A impedance analyzer and the transverse Kerr effect. The GMI effect was analyzed when Iac changed
